Paid Leave Oregon believes everyone deserves time to care for themselves and the ones they love when they need it most. This is why we’re creating a program that gives everyone the benefits they have already earned. We need to make sure the right policies, rules and guidelines are in place.

You can learn more about the Paid Leave Rulemaking Advisory Committee and if you're interested in finding out more details about how rules are created, visit our Formal Rulemaking page.
