Frances Online offline starting 5 p.m. February 28
Frances Online will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, until 8 a.m. on Monday, March 4, while we add Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits to Frances Online.
During this time, we won’t have any access to Paid Leave Oregon customer information. We understand this may cause an inconvenience. We are doing everything we can to make this process as easy as possible.
What do you need to know about Frances Online?
- Frances Online will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28 until 8 a.m. on Monday, March 4.
- The due date to file for weekly Paid Leave benefits on an intermittent claim and receive a benefit payment on-time for February 18-24 is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28.
- The Paid Leave claim-by-phone system (833-854-1122) for intermittent claims will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28 until 8 a.m. on Monday, March 4.
- You won’t be able to check claim status, update claim information, or access Frances Online between 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28 and 8 a.m. Monday, March 4.
Can I call Paid Leave instead?
- Paid Leave phone lines (833-854-0166) will be unavailable from Wednesday, February 28 through Sunday, March 3.
Can any other Oregon Employment Department staff answer questions about Paid Leave?
Staff at Oregon Employment Department (OED) central office in Salem and WorkSource Oregon centers will not be able to answer specific questions about Paid Leave Oregon or Unemployment Insurance program claims.
