You can find all the latest information about applying for benefits on this page. When you’re ready to apply, you will use Frances Online. Employees can begin creating an account on Frances Online in August 2023.
What is Frances Online?
Frances Online is Oregon’s payroll reporting site. It replaced the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) and the Employer Account Access (EAA) portal.
