Key Performance Indicator (KPI) workgroup - 05/25/2023
Help us establish our program's goals and performance metrics!
We are excited to announce a new effort to partner with our community, called the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) workgroup. Together – employers, employees, and agency staff will set the benchmarks, or (KPI’s), that will decide how our program performance is measured.
We are asking for five employers and five employees to join us for one hour a month, starting July 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2023.
We welcome anyone to apply to be part of this workgroup and are especially interested in people who are a member of or advocate for underrepresented communities.
Members will work together with Paid Leave Oregon staff, the executive director, and our advisory committee, to help us measure our program outcomes.
